On Friday 23rd October, the gymnasts have their final training session. This entails a few things:

Firstly, all gymnasts are to congregate at the cricket pavilion as soon as lunch starts at 12.50pm (wearing normal school uniform).

From here the school students will line the bridge and at 1pm the gymnasts will march through the tunnel and down into the gym.

We will then have a closed training session from 1.15-3pm. This is for athletes and coaches only.

The gymnasts will then be picked up at 3.30pm or head home in their usual way.

I look forward to seeing as many of you who can get down there to support the gymnasts for all their hard work as possible.
